My Skymaul the Magnificent keeps talking about a ceremony then today it yelled out for the first time - ' C E R E M O N I A L ! ask someone what this means please ' . Im curious what the deal is with that.
Mine talks to me all the time. That particular one, I take to mean that the Maul is complaining that you're actually using him to fight mobs... he's telling you that he's a ceremonial blade, and that you should ask someone what ceremonial means. Basically, it's insulting you! hehe
where do people get this item? is it a DoN? or something? i dont have all the expansions so idk
This weapon is an evolving item. It doesn't drop from anything and isn't a quest result. The only way to get this weapon, aside from paying out as much as 300k is to do a Depths of Darkhollow monster mission in Stoneroot Falls and get Skymaul, Ceremonial Hammer to drop off of one of the mobs there, then using it for a significant amount of time until it evolves. Twice.
Unfortunately, I am nowhere near the level requirement for the weapon or the mission, and so I do not know which mission to take, or where it starts. Best of luck.

It dropped from trash mob in Stoneroot for me. I was not in a mission.
2-3 kills a % fastest there so far.

So how do you evolve items? Is it just monster mission experience? Or can regular experience level these weapons? Thanks.

They Evolve with hunting in normal zones only. No exp gain when in MM's. Havent tried in Shroud form but my guess would still remain no exp while in shroud. Got Evovling pants up to 64%. Thing is can't expect them to evovling in couple hours hunting time. 64% has taken lil over 2 weeks but mainly fightin LBs some DBs con's.
