Never mind the fact that this proc is lame.....the spell Serpent Sight is available to 3 classes and the highest level is 16,yet this weapons' clicky doesn't proc until level 30.... I realize melee classes get a clicky,but lvl 30 for a lame proc??? Many gear/armor pieces have same effect without having to click and available instantly just by equipping(worn) ....ooooohhh....this let's you see in the dark.....oooohhh. Oh,brother!
You may want to calm down after all these years since this never was a combat proc.

I got this axe for 15pp from some guy in Gfay. he was offering 10pp i felt bad giving him 10pp for this beast. i got it on Stromm cause im a newbie :)
It now has serpent sight as Invigor as a spell no longer functions in the game. Yellow bar is no longer the endurance bar.
You mean yellow bar now IS the endurance bar. It used to be the STAMINA bar.
Why was this weapon changed? The Invigor proc was USEFUL. Serpent sight? BLECCHH!!

Oh yeah.. prz give me back invigor instead of an instaclick weapon! Lol not! Guess you don't live on a pvp server do yas? hehehe

Oh yea, this is a sweet weapon. I have been using this since I was level 30 or so. I am a warrior at level 55 right now and I still use it. Just make sure you get hasted as this weapon swings pretty slow, but it gets you through the long fights as it proc invigor (very helpful, especially for a tanking warrior).

My Dark Elf (tank) and High Elf (pally) could not use this ax, either. Rats.
I got this for 125pp on Rathe. woot!

When my Dwarf Paladin left Tallon Zek, he couldn't take this axe along with him. I tried to sell it for a week or two in the Bazaar for 999 pp, but no luck.
Later I was surprised that my Halfling Ranger could use this, but it seems that Halflings and Gnomes (at least) can now use this very decent weapon. Someone needs to update this information.
The AC and resists are very nice even though the weapon is pretty slow. I really need to save for a haste item, then I'll be set.

Imagine my dissapointment when I purchased this in the Bazaar (on Lanys) for only 300pp for my level 44 Ranger. She has nice haste (SCHW) and was looking to upgrade her two hander (Blade of Xalgoz) I wen to equip this and could not use it, she is a Wood Elf!
Halfling and Dorf can use it but no Wood Elf. /sigh

you will be capped to 21 until level 10, when it will lift to roughly 31, where most of your hits will hit for 28 or so. Once you hit 20, all damage caps are gone and you will notice a marked increase in damage output... enjoy :)

Finally got the axe on 7 th hammer .. woot.. I killed the incoherent spirit 8 to 10 times over the past week before he had it.. spawn is long prob more than an hour. Just wanted to state it is the incoherent spirit that has the item and it is visible in his hand when it is on him. The incoherent spirit does spawn Spirit of Abrahm about every other kill or so .. No need to kill him as he does not have the item.. or any item .. just exp. He spawns with indifferent con.

I jus got one of these on Saryrn for 500pp!! This wep RULEZ!!! For any SK or Pally that uses 2H slash GET ONE!!! this and a FBSS and youd be a damage monster hehe. Well jus saying I love this wep. Safe journey all

I was in the Tower with my Wife and some of our guildmates yesteday and I asked about this sword and several people replied that it is now a quest item and does not drop.
Can anyone verify this or were these people messing with me? It had been dropped on the 6th floor but I had heard rumors that it was also seen on the 4th.
Any information is greatly appreciated

What does the effect do ? Just got this item at lvl 25, so I can't see yet for myself.
Invigor is a shaman/ranger/whoever else spell that restores about half of your yellow stamina bar. Necessary for tank types and anyone wielding heavy weapons or in a long combat.
