Scars of VeliousI heard that int after 200 gives like 6 mana per point, for a total of 300 extra mana at the cap of 250...
My question is, is 300 mana more important the resists or stats? Maybe at lower levels... hehe
but go on one HoT raid and you will be screaming for resists...
there must be a nice balance... my int sits at 215/220 and all my resists are good... I have the best of both worlds. I would suggest the same=)
and our epic has +25INT on it... so 13+25= 38int in hand=) not to shabby

This is sweet. It replaced Cone of mystice and now i duel it with the Phentocryst Focus. Dropps off named Wyverns.

Gotthis off of random wyvern at 1st gate other night. Is a random drop, no need to go anddo The Seer. It is secondary hand ONLY. There is also a +13 int staff that also is a random drop, and is PRIMARY hand only. so get these two items in zone and have +26int in hands, plus other stats offofitems. Great drops in zone:)

Dropped from some cube, I wasn't really paying attention to the name but it wasn't far in at all, so I assume its random.
And yes, it goes very well with my seer book. If you ignore the fact that it looks like a cracked staff unless you look really close.

Hehe I was sitting at zonein when someone trained one of those huge 50ish cubes from further in. Low and behold, it had this tome floating around inside. Being of good faction with Skyshrine, I sat back and watched a group slowly whittle the cube down until he died. No matter how big they are, there's always room for jello )

This drops off wyverns, wurms or gellycubes in the upper part of SS, my guild raided there last night, just looking for loot, and we got THREE of these over an eight hour period. So they seem fairly common. then again thing dropped like crazy in there all over. lots of tank gear and int caster gear. very litte for the wis people.

Last night we killed The Seer and moved on past him, about 5 kills later this dropped from one of the lvl 61 Loach's up in the next library looking room. It appears to be a random drop much like some of the other drops in the area as when killed again he didn't have it

It is the seer's lorebook so my guess of a good place to start looking is off "The Seer" in skyshrine, big level 65sh shaman guy. Had nothing last time i killed him.

It comes off the Seer in the upper part of Skyshrine. Not exactly an easy encounter.

Got that right need to get me Necro one of these babys. I mean combine this with an Amulet of Necropotence and bang you gotta yourself an extra 26 int for my Necro being an Erudite that puts him almost halfway to 200 just from his starting int.
