I bought this at the Bazaar for about 20pp back in February/March, but hadn't had a chance to use it until several days ago.

These go for about 40pp on karana server easy.
Picked one of these up for my pally and served him very well. It does seem to proc quite a bit also without crazy dex.

Picked one of these babies up in bazaar on stromm for 70pp. it started proc'ing as soon as i hit 30. procs quite a bit too, despite my low dex (106) damage is decent, and should be suitable till my early 40s when i'll look for an upgrade - maybe an argent.
Picked this up off "a lost one". Surprised me!

Gave one to my shammy pet today(lvl 55 pet) and he wouldnt proc it. thought it was odd. Any ideas as to why?
I, also a level 55 shaman, could not get my pet to proc this sword (I was using the one that cons white to 36, but lvl 36s will proc this weapon); has the pet been stealth nerfed?

Have a 59th shammie and my pet has never procked with any weapon. I dont believe that our pets proc, although not too sure about the lvl 61 pet. Some type of class balancing stuff probably

So, what does it proc at?
I have used it on a lev 20 Ranger and a level 17 ShadowKnight, but both get the message that "your will is not......."? So what does it proc at?

On the 24th of Oct, I was in CoM wth my guildies helping with part of their epics...and this dropped. I won the roll..not to mention a few other nice drops. It is going to my Ranger for now, but maybe to my pally..if I can get another all would be great.
Got one of these from a fellow guild officer for my sk alt. Can't wait to equip it!! Be 5 lvls before it procs, but i should be able to get my 2hs lvl up a good little bit with this ratio!! Woooooot!

I bought this to twink my pally. It was only 100pp in bazaar, later ive seen one ther for 75pp.

This weapon is worth 2k easy, most weapons with this nice ratio dont have proc's and go for as much. So I plan to sell mine fast at 2k. Good luck, catch me on Quellios if I still have it be happy to sell it to ya, greedy Shadowknight that I am.....Just kidding, its really a good deal at that price.
I wish you all the luck in Norrath. You'll need it. Anyone that has the plat to buy it, knows that they can get a port to EJ and head to City of Mist and get their own.

I am a level 34 druid who just started a 4 Pally. This very nice person sold it to me for 250pp. i am guessing it is a good price. Cost me all my money, and once again got sidetracked from my dark ember fund which iv been saving up for about a month =).

looked kinda sucky to me, so I asked if they wanted to roll hehe apparently (sp?) they did.
a 41 Troll warrior with a split paw hide mask, several pieces of bronze and banded won it, his guild said it was worth about 1k (Tallon Zek). When I asked why he only he had that kind of stuff, he promptly answered me: Cause I'm not a twink.

what level is the spell and what does it do? ignite that is?
Don't know specifically for this sword, but ignite is a lvl 15 (or 22?) ranger spell (probably druid too) that does 37 pts damage for me at lvl 27. I don't know whether it is based off level or just always 37.

Procs at level 30. I know this, because i used it from levels 23 to level 41. Started procing the first mob into 30. Proc'd about 2-3 times per fight until i switched to a different weapon at 41.

it drops off of any mob in City of Mist... i've seen groups rolling for it after looting from a shadow they killed in the zone. Wu Sticks, the Green Jade Broad Sword, the Kunzar Kujuch... it all drops in the same manner. Only a few items are mob specific in City of Mist

Gotten this twice from Golems, once on a haze golem at the gates and once from a vapor.

At what level does this weapon proc ? Anyone know ?
I'm not sure exactly what lvl it will start at, but it def procs at 35 and above. I would imagine it is lower though. Also the proc does only 37 damage, but it does look cool.

I do not know the exact level but i do know that it procs for my warrior at lvl 33. It is a nice overall weapon and I do see them as cheap as 2000pp. Hope that helps a little more for people wondering.

I hear ppl auctioning this all the time, but im always broke. What mob in CoM does this thing drop from? Also, what lvl does it proc at?
