Ok my guild on Povar Dark Legion went there friday..... we had little or no trouble going thougb we kileed her the 1st time with np so we kept pulling down to the hall... waited for the bats to spawn again.. and with luck we got 2 tserrians to spawn.... we had a pretty big force to take her 58 nec 57 sk 58 cleric 55+ shaman,,, 50+ war 38 sk (me lol) and i think 1 more necro at 50 +....... she droped the symbol 3x i think

Just a little clarification and personal opinion based on experience in ToFS. Tserrina (and Vhal'sera) don't fit precisely within the class molds. They seem to be their own special 'vampire' class, most closely related to necros. Their power stems mostly from their special vampire abilities (vampire charm-Tserrina, vampire blind-Vhal'sera), but they also have necro spells available to them they use occassionally.
we owned her sooooo damned bad it wasnt even funy. 60 war, 58 chanter, 53 war, 51 pally, 47 cleric, 42 druid. walked up there, cleared a path before us and strolled on in like it was a sunday afternoon brunch. she didnt spawn on the first round of bats, but the second set on the second bat, she pop'd. Then she died in a matter of minutes. It was a blast.
She is a level 51 enchanter. Clear the mobs by the spiral staircase. After they are dead invis and go behind the tapestry all the wall, go to end of it. Pull the bats to that end, after they die, a vampire or tsserina will spawn. Killed her twice with 50 and 52 war, 51 rogue, 52 and 54 cleric and a 54 mage. Yes cleared the entire tower no chanter or bard. Torches were fun. She is an enchanter, and seemed to charm mage pet easily even with MR buff. So lost the pet second try. She has very high MR, and has alot of HP.
By fighting at the end of the passage, should be able to push her back or keep her from running far. Never had her gate, but assume she gates back to where the bat spawns or else where in the passage. If you fight her other places and she gets away you wil get lots of adds and prolly perish. Hope this helps.
Seems ToFS mobs are tryin to point to something with all the 'Ro's Fiery Sunderring' spells that drop (lvl 39 druid fr debuff spell). i'm lvl 52, tried to use breath of ro on her but of course she resisted, then sat down and memmed sunderring and it went thru, soon after that i casted breath of ro- went thru =). then i just kept nuking her with starfire again and again, of course i got summoned again and again, but made for great screenshots =D lol.

She is a lvl 51 and she spawns on the 7th floor of ToFS, and she is very tough. Our first two attempts on her last night failed miserably (first time due to some overeager over-pulling, and second when we almost had her down and she gated then returned half way healed and with some of her friends, killing us all). Afterwards we did manage to get her three times without incident. The symbol dropped each time.
The trick is to have a few GOOD tanks, and AT LEAST one wizzie, preferably two (100% MR doesn't count where wiz power is concerned), one each shaman, druid and cleric for buffs and heals and rezz, enchanter or two and bard for mana and Boon, and necro or other pet class (so his pet can detect if the shrouded bat you are killing is going to spawn Tserrina - pets will not attack the bat that will spawn Tserrina, however, they WILL attack Tserrina herself).
Beware, she blinds as well as summons, so Resist Magic buff on all group members is a must! Also, Nullify Magic can be used on Tserrina. Debuffing, slowing and dotting is a waste of mana...it won't stick. All healing classes should reserve mana for keeping group alive, and hasting and zinging tanks. This is not a quick battle! :) Tanks tank till about half health, then wizzies give one good nuke, let her hp drop a bit more and then chain nuke the devil out of her. (When she gets down to about half health, someone stun stun stun so she can't gate.) This is no walk in the park, but it IS a fun battle, and in the end very rewarding.
Considering how hard she is to interrupt, as it just needs to come from damage, your best bet is to break down the tunnel with the four bats and hope she doesn't spawn during that time, then at the end of that pull to the final dead end alcove if you go past the four rooms on the corridor where the bats spawn.
This is where she will always gate to my knowledge. If she spawns on break pull her to that room regardless and just have an enchanter keep adds, that come from pulling her to that room, mezzed and everything should be kosher.
i have one on my necro. the mob who drops it is level 50, 100% MR and hits HARD. shes also a triggered spawn so ya have to clear the floor, not just camp her room. best way to tell if you have pulled the trigger is that yer pet wont respond to /pet attack command though it will attack if you are hit
