Nope the stats don't balance out with a full suit which I think is pretty crappy. If you've got all of it on, then I think you should at lease be neutral if not all in the plusses. Here's the final stats:

I think if you have full suit of ulthork, all stats will balance out...i think you should get tizmak if you don't wnat to stat loss, or mix it up with tizmak piece.

I think the whole set was uniquley designed to balance out the negative stats on some pieces with the positive stats on the other pieces. It works out kind of neat theat way. The armor looks a dark brown when worn on an iksar monk, other than that havent tried em on myself. (=
The usual black on a gnome rogue, crap! I thought they'd look cool.
hmm.. just curious.. did you edit your eqclient.ini file to enable velious armor? my rogue gnome looks cool with all ulthork. the tunic on a gnome looks like a lab coat full of testtubes and other tinkerer stuff. check your eqmanual_supplement file for more information.

So, if you wear these legs with the Ulthork Hide Gloves, the Int and Cha plusses and minusses would balance out, right?
