I bought one of these in the Bazaar when my druid was fairly new. Then I obtained a Fabled Fippy's Paw, which fits in the secondary slot. People now mistake my druid for a monk, being as how she has long claws in the right hand (the War Claw) and short claws in the other (Fippy's Paw).
Was browsing vendors in SH and came across one of these for just over 3pp. I snatched it up and gave it to my L11 Human Druid. He Is hitting for about 14-18 dmg and it trains 1HS pretty well. Nice weapon until I get a good Scimitar for my Druid. Just my 2 cents.

i got this for free from some cool looking little dwarf cause i was being a pain about trading for it (or he was just nice) so i saved 15p. I used it for a while but was a little disapointed that it was prim only so i can't dual wield this is icetooths for that cool wolverine look. the sarnack claw is sec but it kinad sucks at the lvl rngs get dual wield. I sold it to a barb shammie for 60p along with coterie sleeves (3pp from vendor WOOT) to thats 30 each i guess. now i have elder wolf jawbone and sarnak skullsplitter(also prim only but great upgrade for this and icetoths for same pricce too 50p, others were over 80 though but went down to 35 sometimes).

Just bought one at the bazaar for 50pp... There was one for 30pp but was snatched up before I could pull out my coin purse... I guess I screwed outta 20pp, whaddya think? ha! Check out the Bazaar, its grrrrrreat!

I bought mine for 30pp in the Bazaar. Had another one on sale for 50pp. But why waste the extra 20pp? I bought the one for 30pp of course!

I had this with a suit of crusty centi ss centi warspear a 45 hp 4 ac ring, a Lammy, rygorr legs, beserker axe, crystal grinder, and alot of other uber items in bags and they dissaperaed out of my inventory slot and the GM didnt do anything about it, but ill complain again tommorow!!! sniff and a frostbringer

i have had this since lvl 18, yes i'm mildly twinked, and when i got duel weild i put a Wakizashi of the Frozen Skies in off hand, this is a great combo, total weight for both is 1.5, stamina rarly gets low. Dps is 7.92 and 5.91 and the 81DD the proc on the WFS does doesn/t hurt either. This is a very fast combo, don't be deceived by the damage being around 18-22 per hit because you swing about 4 times to a tanks 1 time.

I got mine at lvl 2 *giggle*. It... IS... AWESOME!!! this guy sitting outside of Felwithe was giving out free newb armor, so I ran over to take a look. He gave me a small raw-hide tunic. I put it on and said I looked like a druid but I was a bard. He said 'REALLY!?', stood up, and gave me a few pieces of small ringmail and THIS baby! I'm lvl 11 now, and I am going to use this probably into my 20's and maybe 30's. The speed really helps in getting up my 1hs skill, which always is nice.
It's amazing how fast the first 10 levels go if your character just has a decent weapon. I found one of these on a merchant in Freeport and have used it to bring up various melee characters. I started it with my warrior until he got something better, then gave it to my rogue. This week I happily realized that it is druid-usable. This thing beats any old Velium Scimitar, so now my druid is hitting for much more damage than before.
Druids, for fun you can put this in one hand and a parrying dagger in the other hand. Without the traditional scimitar and shield, you won't look so "druidy" and maybe people won't think to beg you for SOW everywhere you turn.

AS OF THE PATCH IN 2002 THESE BABY ARE not NO DROP NO MORE AND NO ONE CAN DUEL WIELD THEM THERE PRIMARY ONLY HOPED I HELP SOME I PAID 200PP FOR 2 THE GUY WAS CRAZT GAVE ONE TO MY SK AND WAR
Read the other posts, the patch that removed the No Drop tag was way back in 2001. Also, they have always been primary only.
Last, 200pp for 2 is not crazy, in fact thats more than I've ever paid for one, and I've had 3 pass through my characters' hands. My druid still has one, to practice 1hs, but the ratio is so bad compared to his centi warhammer, that he only uses it until the skill hits cap. I paid about 100pp for that one, pre luclin.
The other 2 I have received in trades, and each time, by mutual agreement, and price checks, they were valued at 75pp. This was on Rodcet Nife Server. So 2 for 200 would be about right, if not a little high. Hard as heck to sell these anymore. I gave the other two I got to guild members, for their twinks.

I have one of these on my 15 Wood Elf ranger. 9/24 is an impressive weapon! Last night I went to Unrest as 1 yellow into 12, left 3 hours later 1 blue into 15! I hit for 19 every 2.4 secs, throw kicks in for 8-12 a piece, and the beetles, and torm deads drop quick with that.

And druids always complain about what they look like. Just like a woman!! druids, u guys need to come out and stop taking it out on rangers just cuz we have a few of your spells.
Just picked these up off a Vendor in Shadowhaven for 3pp. Have no real use for them, but for pocket change they're a real nice item to get. Probably end up giving them to a guildmate who needs them.
Just wish I found a deal like that when I needed a weapon like this. lol

Well i was messin around in Revervale a lil bit ago and the Fool Gold Steins are NO DROP and you buy them off the merchants

I dont kno waobu tit being dropeed anymore but i have one and it DOESNT say NO DROP on it.
It appears I'm not the only one who bought this off a vendor. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think NO DROP stuff can be sold to a vendor.

Who made you the great god over all Norrath? If it wasn't for "friggen jokes" like this one, you wouldn't have a FARM to sit at. Then the others of us who do like items like this would never have to see CRAP like this. I use one of the "friggen jokes" just so IDIOTS don't hit me up for a port every 5 seconds.

Hooray! Hooray! Been wanting this ever since I first saw it on a Druid.
Is this the coolest weapon a Druid can have or what!? The ratio is great too! 9DMG 24 delay plus the additional AGI doesn't hurt either.
I've been bemoaning my new post-Luclin looks, but with this weapon somehow I don't look that awful anymore (Wink).

The Vluudeen's tail is pretty cool too. Something about a female Wood Elf carrying a whip around... lol And it's 7/21. Faster but not quite the ratio. Still a nice alternative to that ugly Springwood club for a Druid.
Hmmm...sounds interesting. Would be cool if I could have it on my other hand. What slots can you use for it? Wouldn't it be cool to have the claw in one hand and a whip in the other?

used these for my entire twenties then replaced them with a Koada'Dal Falchion of Tunare a friend smithed for me. was wondering if they are considered H2H for a beastlord, since they dont get 1hs...
btw druids, this is a great finishing weapon, 0.0 wt is killer for those of us who cant afford heavy gear like warriors.

In my career of soloing...after the kiting is over and the mob is just standing there (from snare), it's a mistake to blast it and continue (unless you're finishing up to go somewhere else), otherwise, slash away! Level 45 and I finally Maxxed out my 1HS (yeah, I won't need it, but when finishing off mobs later when I return to soloing...when I settle down and become a farmer..heh heh...this will come in handy)

Won't need 1hs? Druid EPIC is 1hs. Or are you not planning to get that?

You will always find people who will give you great deals, the problem is that it takes time and/or luck. I had the latter yesterday when someone in EC sold me the claws for 43 pp (all I had at that time, honestly!), then I turned around and sold them 30 minutes later for 650pp (the buyer suggested that price, and I agreed). More pp that I have ever had. Time to go shopping.
Speculating can be risky, though, with all your wealth tied up in product. I invested in a crystal covered shroud that I cannot equip and have not been able to GIVE it away on Cazic Thule...

how odd ... the same thing kind happend to me. I was trying to sell some stuff and buy a blunt wep when a very nice druid told me to come to bank. She gave a bunch of great stuff to me (Giant scale mail tunic, miltia captain tunic, Worn crecent axe, and this weapon) I had to give her something so i gave her all my money (43pp) =P

im not so lucky anymore. I was trying to sell some stuff in Fp and one of the items was kodiak claws witch look exactyl like my icepaws. So gave a lv 1 war a tell and told him to meet me at the bank. being the foolish person i am i gave him the wrong claws without checking. when i finally went out to go kill some stuff i searched my bags for like 10 minutes. then i gave him another tell telling him i gave him the wrong claws and may i have them back. He said he gave them to somone else who needed them more than him (which i dont belive; who could need it more than a lv 1 rite?) now i am forced to use my axe (worn crescent axe) which i have like 10 skill pts into.

this actually goes for 500pp 90% of the time. the other 10% it's usually cheaper.
Comparable ratio to Icetooth's Claws (drops off Icetooth in GD, just before going to VL) and is not lore, unlike Icetooth, and has an additional 3agi stat buff.
Icetooth's usually go for 300-400pp on the Xev server, so i'd wager this would be abt 500pp on Xev also.
Best when dual-wielded with Stormfeather talons(8/23 5str 5dex 5agi, sec only) for that wolverine look.

Yuppers, that's the combination I've had on my 19th level Ranger since 15th level and the last 6 months.

Stormfeather talons are not easy to get though... they can go for multiple k plat, IF you can find them..... still, these weapons are a good deal for their price, my favorite uber weapon has the same damage, just 20% less delay (Lamentation).

I stoped by the wc druid ring to dump off some mammoth tusks. In the trade window i saw these for 3pp. I thought what the heck my druid can equip them when he wants to look cool. Aparently they have a better ration than the sap of piety he uses curently and traded 1k for a long time ago. Think I'll go check out some more vendors tongight maybe I'm buged lol =)

Not bugged. Picked a set up in Thurgadin at a vendor a couple days ago for 2pp and change.
It is nice that imature people have to mess up the average price info on items.... Anyways just got it today for 250pp on MT.. in EC... i would say between 250-500pp is a good average
That's the same as I've seen it for Sear...a good average.
