I got mine from a Wooly Mamoth in Eastern Wastes, had to let one rot on a Wooly Rhino - nobody came to claim it.

Seems to be drop from several different Velious creatures. Looted several (at diff times, of course!) off snow cougars in EW. Not sure about cougars in Iceclad.

Draktar Bluehammer, blue to 47 druid, low MR - FR, on Solusek Ro today...He was found near ring of iceclad.
Common drop off snow dervish in EW, along with Frozen mantle, and a few no drop priest items.
ok, this strike me (for 500hp). I am a seasoned ranger 35, full rygorr tree weave wurm slayer, Centi yada, yada, yada... i saw this in EW today, and it was red to me at 35. Yet, lvl to attain is 33, ok, well seeing as i deal out blows of low50 to90 ea hit, and this thing worked me, needing 3 heals from 44 druid to take out. I would state lvl to attain more like 35-40 somewhere, and yes i got the dumb ring :

I believe there is a disclamer on the web sight somewhere that indicates most levels are group level indicators.

Dervishes con blue to me at level 38, don't know what they conned back at 33. They do hit hard though; I think they're monks and attack fast. I charmed one and took out several other blue con mobs with it before it was low enough (half life) that I kited it around and DoT'd it to death.

This is the exact same ring as band of rodcent nife, stat wise. Only difference is that the band is no drop, and is recieved by doing a very simple quest in qeynos. I can't remember exactly what the quest was, but it had something to do with a kondail (not sure on spelling) fish corpse. Basically what i did was make a mule char, kill the fish in the temple pool and turn in the corpse ... really nice simple quest that anyone can do starting at lvl 1.
Fish is called Koalindl and is for the Stein of Moggok quest too doable by any DE enchanter form level 8 onwards as long as youre agnostic to prevent being KOS in placed like Freeport and Rivervale. You'll need human illusion at least as well to get thru rivervale and be non KOS to guards... Returning to the topic of the Koalindl Fish, itsfound under the UFO type thing in Qeynos South (the zone bordering Qeynow Hills) and the UFO is the one located at the Temple of Life/Cleric/Palladin guild. Be very careful killing the fish with your mains (i create a mule myself) as the faction hit will make you KOS within 5 kills with the cleric guild as well as the guards in front of Qeynos... Be ware :)

Pricing is way overstated I just picked one of these up off a vendor in in the OT Outpost for 12pp and some change.
Got one of these off vender in Thurg for a little over 5pp. charisma of 78 and indifferent faction i think.

Got one of these from a Snow Derve in Eastern Wastes
Hunted in Eastern Wastes. Commonly drops on the Snow Dervs. It is a Lore item so you cannot posses 2 at a time.
