finally dropped off some named dervish that was really bright
317 mobs killed now in iceclad, no drops till 12 hours wasted all my sunday play time
killed 117 snow dervishes in iceclad, no sign of frozen mantle, stil killing

I got one off a snow dervish in the Eastern Wastes...much better than the small bronze brigadine mantle that I've been carrying around since my days in PC...

I picked this item up off of a Pulsating Icestorm in Iceclad, near Tower of Frozen Shadow. He looks like a shadow guardian, conned blue to me at level 39, resisted my snare a couple times, nothing big, and was able to kill him pretty easily.

Was waiting in Eastern Wastes last night for my Enchanter friend to get back to his body and CR. While waiting I had a dervish attack me. Soloed it and found one on his body, first kill in EW... so the post-patch drop on these is still ok. Necro friend is loving it :)

My party got this item from one of the giants guarding the bridge to eastern wastes

this is also dropped by shadow guardians, but seems to be a rare drop for them. only got 1 for about 20 killed.

This is a common drop from frozen (or whatever they are called) dervishes in Eastern Wastes. My group even killed one that had two on it. I think these mobs are mid to high 30's.

Hmm might want to re think the last one guys was before loot tables where fixed umm buddy of mine was hunting snow cougars for like 3 days excellent XP i hear pre 40's , any way the day after the patch the ratio of one every 20 dropping a cougar claw earring went to one to infinity , so dont try to count on drop rates posted pre patch , just FYI to avoid frustation to the farmers that were not aware :)
