Rangers high end nukes have short cast, long refresh time. So putting a clicky nuke in your ******* lets you cast more often. for kiting its great cause on high hp mobs you can go through mana trying to kill it faster, so a mana saving nuke is great. beside the nuke, the stats are great along with the effects.

AGI END who cares wheres the FT on this by time you can get this belt your going have more then enough agi and end but FT seems to be alot more limited on hybid gear

Looks to me like you have some issues, the guy is entitled to his opinion and for his opinion you call him a noob? Been my experiance that the one calling someone a noob is probally been playing alot less than he lets on. Besides, as a ranger, i can say that i could have thought of many other clickys that would have been much more effective than an ice nuke, however, by giving us a clicky such as the ice nuke on it, it keeps the item in line with the other class rewards. So, who is the noob now DangerousMONK?

Who cares if you use it or not. The whole point to this is the achivement of getting to that point. I can tell you from exsperiance that this is not an easy piece to obtain.

The reward for getting to this point is far more impressive. Inc in your resists and other things. And the Bragging rights to Say I MADE IT !!!.
