The Tome is called "Iron Bound Tome".
It drops in the sarnak fort in LOIO.

The mob dropping the tome is Advisor Sh'Orok, a level 35 Sarnak with a pet skeleton. Took him and Chancellor of Di'Zok who is in the same hall down today with a 4 Iksar and 1 Dwarf party. The entire hall is full with Sarnak so be careful when fighting there.

I have a part of this quest and I cannot use if you would like the Tome I am Zeb. My chars are Jinnarin and Ajani.
