Please explain to me, Does this Aug stack with Epic, if not, what items stack with what for Singing mods only, not instruments, purely singing? Thanks for any help

This should not stack with epic. If you want something to stack with epic, get Voice of the Serpent from Ssra Temple (https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=18657).
The Crystallized Voice and Epic you can think of as an actual instrument that has a 1.8 modifier. The VotS you can think of as a buff with a 0.6 increase to your pre-existing singing mod (1.0 by default, 1.8 with epic/CV)
