Stupid to have to kill a 35 for armor stating at level 15 ... SOE ???
Oddly enough, the part that I had the least problem with was the Bloodgill Scales. I merely asked in general if anyone wanted to help me get one, and a paladin replied rather quickly to my request. He hopped on over and we killed 4 bloodgills when the scale dropped. The cat's eye agate required me to find a jewelcraft merchant, but they're everwhere.
For the bloodstone ring, the only thing I can suggest is that you vendor dive. I found 2 vendor diving. The first I sold in order to get my blacksmithing up to a reasonable level. The next I turned in. I've found one more in the Swamp of No Hope since then, and I think I'll save it, in case I need more molds than the first book can give me.
The scroll is also rather simple. All you need to do is to camp the entrance to the Sarnak fort. There are two recruits guarding the entrance. You might want to take care of them. Adherants go in and out of the fort quite often. The first I killed on the trail near FM, and he didn't drop the scroll. The second I killed was an add to the two recruits, and he dropped his scroll.
Remember to get the scroll last, lest you need to log out and lose it.

Testament to the martial backbone of Iksar society is Iksar armor which is worn to all social functions, military or otherwise. This book contains a variety of Iksar armor designs drafted during the height of the Sebilisian Empire. These designs echo a time of Iksarian superiority, grace and elegance, a time most Iksar seek to resurrect through participation in the crusades.
The patterns in this book can be copied many times, but eventually they will wear out and you can tell that if you use the patterns enough you will need to replace the book.
To create patterns for tailoring armor templates based on these patterns you will need this book, a large bottle of ink, a roll of plain parchment, a quill and a compacted backpack to hold the patterns you will make. You'll also need a book binding to do the work.
If you wish to use the patterns to make molds you'll need a kiln to work in as well as a high quality firing sheet, sculpting tools, a huge block of clay and a compacted backpack to hold the molds when you're done.
