these are forageable. 70 ranger found in Lava if that helps?
I have the same thing, they may be just different as those don't stack together.
I have 3 of these that are NO DROP and 1 that is not listed as NO DROP.
Wonder if its a bug....?

I've added entries for both versions. Hopefully someone can clarify which one drops and which one is foraged (and from what and where!).
They both are drops. I don't know if either is foragable, as i cannot forage. However I have looted both off corpses. Goblins, drakes and golems all seemed to drop them.
Had the same thing happent tonite. Just dawned on me, some were looted from mobs, some were foraged. For whatever reason they are tagged a little bit different. Almost makes me think that one can be used for SOMETHING otherwise why make them different?
no drop one is used in a tier 3 solo task ( good )
