Same reason Hanvar drops the Totem of the Chimera I guess (Ture is a chimera)... or the reason why Arachnids in PoN drop the Ooze for the Clockwork Talisman quest while the Silk drops from Oozes in PoD...

(means it's listed correctly here, it's a mixup on SOE's side)

Actually, I think they fixed the drops for the PoP talisman.

Yes, it stacks with everything but any clicky on the "Form Of..." line. So you cant stack this with the HP clicky that actually drops from Hanvar etc.

Actually it also doesn't stack with other clickies like "Eternal Ward" from the ring off of Quarm due to AC. Kinda ticked me off but hell resists are almost always maxed on raids anyway so we'll take the extra AC, right?

My question is as this drops. Is it really all/all ? or is it melee only ? I am still debating my ring/earring selections of gear for CoA. I havent actually seen this drop, but the link I have seen is melee classes only.

it is infact all/all, most likely the link you saw with it had a melee class only aug in it, making the augumented item melee only

Screech does nothing as such. All the "Form of..." buffs have it; it's there to ensure that only one such effect can be active at once, without preventing them from stacking with anything else.
