It's a decent weapon, but I think it's more for bragging rights. The Proc takes like 2 minutes for full effect, and even camping low greens it didn't always kill them. Nice to brag about, but the stats are about the same as a Cane of the Tranquil or Green Jaded Broadsword. It only comes in handy when soloing IG's or SG's, if it goes off early it makes the fight much easier.
