Omens of War
As everyone else has mentioned, the only realistic place to get Dragorn Wing Bones is the two zones in Seeds of Destruction expansion. You can't farm this in Omens of War zones - the drop rate is too rare.
Most of the friendly dragorns in these two zones were changed to not leave a corpse, hence no loot, so that mostly leaves just a limited number of evil and neutral dragorns to kill, but their drop rate is good.
Old Bloodfields (SoD)
SE: 10 a dragorn muramite (6 static, 4 roaming) - 10 min respawn - 1 could be Taath, 1 could be Pherin the Traitor
SW: 3 a dragorn muramite (3 roaming) - 10 min respawn
far NW: 6 a dragorn courier (6 static) - 10 min respawn
far NW: Noble Mikuv the Rational (static) - 10 min respawn
far NW: Defender Guland (static) - 5 min respawn
Total: 21 mobs
City of Dranik (SoD)
3 a dragorn thug (1 static, 2 roaming) - 10 min respawn
- a dragorn patroller is PH for thug, but is on friendly faction, and has no loot

Excellent post. Can confirm this info is still true.
I tried to upvote this but for whatever reason Allas voting arrows simply do not work...lame!

Old Bloodfields: the 'normal' dragorns appear to no longer drop any loot (not a single piece from the 20 knights and so on I killed before giving up). Have not tried the named. The only dragorns who reliably drop wing bones for me are Muramites...and there is a spot where you can find about a half dozen, plus a handful more in the field out front, in the southeast valley.
Thanks ShoeyFoey I tried the other areas, the drop rate was very rare, came to old bloodfields and found drop rate from a dragorn courier was about 60-80%, from Noble Mikuv the Rational about 75%, from Defender Guland was about 75%, the a Dragorn muramite was about 50%, All the others had a drop rate around 01%.
took a few hours got enough to do all my fletching, sometimes they would drop 2. And What faction hits you took were easily solved by going out and killing a few kvy, noc and the such.

Old Bloodfields is the best spot. Pretty quick re-spawn rate on a dragorn courier, Noble Mikuv the Rational, and Defender Guland (He has a 3 min re-spawn).
I found it was not worth running as these were up pretty quick. Stuck to just killing these so as to not hit faction for mobs not likely to drop them.

I tried several of the zones listed for the Dragorn Wing Bones. The only zone, that I visited so far, with a decent drop rate is Old Bloodfields. I was clearing the rooms near the City of Dranik. I was getting 5 or 6 bones per clear.

any idea were they drop??
I spent maybe an hour in Old Bloodfields last night, and I got two of them. I'm guessing those places listed above ALL have them. I can't see asking more than 250p each in Bazaar; but I see them going for so much more.
Anyone know of the best way to farm these other than spending all day on my trader buying these for 50-100plat a piece. It seems I am losing money on my trader LOL.
I guess they have upped the price on these to around 1500. Now, I really am losing money. Gonna have to go try and farm these.

Graphic looks like bone chips. Replaces shaft in arrow making. I was able to buy stacks at 20p or less per bone in Xegony Bazaar, making this about the most affordable skillup for fletching in the low 200's range (on par with Mithril Warrior Arrows which triv'd at 202). It certainly beats the success rate of Mithril Champion Arrows which triv at 335.
Using normal recipes (vendor purchased arrowhead, Dragorn Wing Bones, fletching, nock) you'll trivial almost any combination at 228. Vendors won't buy resulting arrows, so avoid making the junk arrows. Higher level arrows (triv at 255) require Discord Arrowheads and/or Girplan Feathers, so you might be able to work arrows all the way to 250 reasonably affordably.
All arrows made with Dragorn Wing Bones are tagged Magic Item.
