Can this item be MQ?
I have destroyed dozens of these over in Hills of Shade. I just saw it for sale in the bazaar (on FV) for 5k! LOL Guess I'll start hanging onto them. ;-)
This is a No Drop No Trade. It can not be sold in bazaar
I was fooling around and noticed around dusk -- mobs that had epic no trade items on them had a glow around them.. Hope this helps you find them faster...

It's a trigger item for named.
You need Bucket Mute, Brass Mouthpiece, Thin leather Strap and Polished Bone Horn.
After killing the named Keetra the Lost will spawn

found on a noc darklurch in Bloodfields

Can also drop off Ukan Slaughterhounds in Bloodfields.I was wandering through today and noticed the ukan slaughterhound had a glow around him like a lightsource,so I dropped him and the only loot was a Bucket Mute.
