I ran through all the arachnae's that were up and didn't get the serum, so I just ran around and killed everything in the vicinity and when they respawned, I got it pretty quickly. Used my druid to track them.

Got one of these after about 10 arachnae kills. Got lucky suppose, hear it was tough for a few other rogues.

This appears to be a fairly rare drop off of the Spiders in the wasteland in PoV. We killed perhaps 30 or so of them, got about 7 Hearts and 3-4 Crystallized Bloods, but no Serums. Still, it was fun to revisit an area I used to solo a lot, and invite whomever was LFG into what was (for them) a fantastic exp group. =)
