Received both the the Dark Enchanted Scroll and the Pure Discordant Blood from regular Ferans in Noble Causeway.

I also looted mine from a Stalking Feran in Noble's Causeway, as suggested in an earlier post.

You can do this turn in at any level, it IS for the Wall of Slaughter port spells. Wizards will get Slaughter Gate (self port level 62 spell), Slaughter Portal (group port level 64 spell), and Translocate: Slaughter (single target spell level 67). Druids will also get the self port and the group port for Wall of Slaughter, dont know names/levels though.

so what is the scroll actually for? ...many posts under the scroll but nothing really saying anything about it other than market prices

Just did turn in with Level 54 Wiz. Did not require level 62 to get the spells.
Dark Enchanted Scroll sells for 0 plat 0 gold 2 silver 4 copper to Sateal Deirosap vendor in the bazaar offered by level 2 human monk with 143 cha... Current bazaar prices range from 99 to 500 plat... on Bertox server...

I guess for the people who think it's fair to pay over 1k for this scroll i guess the druid and the wizzy should charge about that much for the ports and we will see how fair everyone thinks that is:)Sheezh
More than 5 people i talk to said they paid only 30-45 plat for these and they saw a few people charging like 1k but they said no one would pay that and I'm one of them i mean cmon if people want to get around by druids and wizzys why the hell would they charge ridiculous prices for the items we need to get the spells.I thought we work together on the game.Well at least the people i bought from think so thank the gods.lol
Just paid 400pp in the bazaar for one on BB server. Prices ranged for 400 to about 2kpp with plenty of price points in between.

I have now farmed over 40 of these while named camping and exping. Trust me, they drop fairly frequently from Stalking Ferrans in the SE area of Noble's Causeway. Camp site is approx. N590 N1092 as noted below. I have seen them drop from both ledges as well as the 2 in the valleys. Hopefully this helps some of you port spell starved druids and wizards out.
On E Marr I haven't seen any drop yet and peeps are wanting 75k and up for this scroll. :(

The Dark Enchanted Scroll dropped off of a named in Wall of Slaughter. His name was Kyv Pureshot. Hope this helps.

Camped feran's in Noble's Causeway. Camp site was approx. N590 N1092 located in SE corner of zone down in the valley. The ferans are located up on the ledges, easily pulled, do not summon. Camped them for about 2 hours and had 3 scrolls drop.

dropped off trash mob in muramite proving grounds
anybody know what these are selling for?
Seen them for 5K in bazaar on AB.
Everyone has been saying it drops here not in Dranik's Scar, I have yet to see one though.

Are you certain this dropped in Dranik's Scar? I know that the parchments for Bloodfields drop there, but I was under the impression that these dropped in higher-level zones
anyone know what this drops off of in WoS been trying to get for a few days and have all the bloods

was waiting to start a cave expedition and killed some trash near the Historian in DS... a scroll dropped from mob... didn't know what it was at the time... hope this helps!
that was likely the Rolled Discordant scroll, and not this one, that one is for Bloodfields port spells
