We killed this thing today easily. our tank was 69 pally, me boxing 68 clr/63 necro, a 63 enc, 63 mag and 2 wizzys. one wizzy just nuked a ton outta group. The chanter mezzed pups and tank tanked away. No problems. He dropped this along with a minor muramite rune and some other vendor stuff i think. I won the rune for necro, yay!

we let the wizzy AE and run around in circles kiting the pups while the rest of the group slowly picked the others off one by one. in about 3 hours we got the drop twice. hope that helps for all those that gotta wizzy in ya pockets hehehe

We managed to take it out once we died first try from pups. It spawns the pups at about 50% hp, u can hear what sounds like bubbles popping and they form. 4-6 actually this round we had 5 spawn. I bot a 65 shaman and I was ready i cast aoe slow got all but one rooted em off single my pet tanked one, my ranger the other my RL friend kept on main mob, and a druid kited 3 others. dropped the belt for us.
In case you are wondering, it summons.

This mob spawns 6 pups when it is dead. The pups hit pretty hard, wiped out our shaman almost instantly. I didn't get the exact number on the damage.
The spawn point for this mob is in the pit next to the Wall of Slaughter zone.
