Found two skeletons w/pets in tower in the south eastern most part of the zone. Killed both, and their pets, each dropped a Rod of Bone.

Wife and I both have wizards and was told about this quest
so went down with wife in tow and revisited Lake Rathetear.
Sunsets on the water and picnic baskets, blanket and was an nice camp although we didnt kill much got a drop for each of us on the second spawn cycle and fairly quick spawns I only got to first base before those prying skeleton eyes were on us again. So we nuked em and looted there stone dead bodies

Just looted 1 with my 70sk. So no, not affected by tlc

Dropped from first Stone Skelly I pulled. 36 wizzie got him single by throwing a bolt and moving way back. Put up rune and didn't take a single point of dmg from skellie or pet (these are mages)
Can you get this outside of raid mode if the stone skeleton is green?
