Finally dropped after six hours of camping. Collected three earring and let four Tainted Heartstone's rot. More Destroyers popped than Bonecrushers. Great twink item. At 23/28 at level 38.

This thing is insane, drops like nuts, good speed and dmg...anyone remember campin the staff in KC, no stats, 10 pounds, proc'd hundred blows was ultra rare drop off an uncommon mob, I wouldnt use that one to poke a ****. but I remember grinding in KC for months, killin everything on 1st level never saw one drop, now were grinding in WoS and Ive seen multiple drops in 4 hour grinds, just seems too nice for the work, put a nice aug in it and its better than most epic 1.0 :?>
Oh yeah, I hate posts that dont tell how to get or where the item is, so here it is in a nutshell,
Zone: Wall of Slaughter, south wall camp
Mob: Bonesmasher, hits in 800s ( 1600 ac ), has Bazu grip ( root ), and maybe 35k hit points
Pull/spawn method: Pull all mobs in valley at Southwall camp, easy to single pull, Sow or better is a must, Southwall camp is on the hill directly to the left of tunnel from Nobles causeway.

why wd you buy this for a 26 monk when it has a recommended lvl of 60? damage is more than halved.

i had this drop when soloing w/ my warrior for aa, decided to give it to my 33 monk, even at 33 i still hit for 110-140 with this, plenty happy with thoes results, cant wait till it starts procing :)
Probably because it is a fast 2hb to train skills and it will still do decent enough damage for its level because of the low speed.
just got this stave for my 26 monk, can hit for 32 and has lovely speed

common or not this stave is a really good staff got mine for 5k and the other one was 18k so I figure I got a deal

I bought one of these for 20Kpp and have been pleased with its performance. I still carry a Staff of Flowing Water for when I fight named or Raid level mobs but for the most part this staff outperforms the SoFW. As a Level 62 Monk, I have ferocity at level 1 and punishing blade at level 1. With the low delay on this weapon I have seen a good deal of increase in my double attacks. The reason I still use the SoFW on Raid fights is because the Proc on the Stave of the Eternal can grab agro onto yourself.

Not sure if it was a good deal but I just got this weppon in a trade for this Infernal Ring of Regrowth I wanted to upgrade my BST weppons I think this weppon is very nice and does good dammage for being dropable.
Not to me, on my server the Stave sells for about 1/4 what the ring is selling for, but for YOU if you think you got a deal since you wanted the Stave then heck yeah, thats what trading is about.
i think they should have made a diff graphic for this one. it looks just like the screamstaff which looks like the SoFW and ive those were my last two weps for my monk. so i get to look at the same graphic for a while longer, which i must say i am sick of, LOL. i buy a new expansion id like the weapon i buy to look different then the one i just got rid of. maybe thats just me.

Yeah but the nameds will be nerfed in less then a wekk. Just like every other expansion. Then it wont be so common.
