So if this only works on standard heals, and won't work on anything else, what would be the use other than +2 mana regen?
This works on all heals but complete heal. You can get up to +25% to your heal spell and on higher level heals spells when it maxes and your aa's hit max effect, that can be a ton. I've had my fast heal (Pious Remedy) hit for 6k non-critical and my regualar heal (Pious Light) hit for 9k non-crit. It can save a group wipe.
This also is the best tradeable healing effect in the game. There is a new one that came out with DoDH that is called Favor of the Pious which is +30% but it is on a no drop item. So, the effect is actually more useful than a measley +2 mana regen any day.

This also won't work with HoT either.
May not be best place to post, but anyway... anyone seen or heard of the bard only drop from OoW? Any server have a link, mob info and zone it comes from.... any help appreciated. Seen many other classes and no bard one yet, so asking around

the instruments is what we get no armor of our own although there is some nice armor that has instrument mods on it but nothing ecxept instuments that are bard only yet might be later but i think they put bards on the side burner for OOW kinda cause most bards make due with what they got and figure ways to make it even better than it should be so they just still trying to make it so that we dont own so much other classes are getting jelous of our skill =) but ya nothing really bard only but im not complaining there is enough good stuff to make up for that and the instruments are nice come 3.7 mod stuff i htink

No this Focus does not effect the Cheal...CH still only heals up to 7500HP's. I won this in a roll 4 days ago and my cleric has :) Awsome for a random named drop....Increases the heals only by maybe a couple hundred HP's though....comes in handy if ya need that Quick heal to heal quicker :).

Doesn't look like it. If you look at the Lucy spell view, it says no CH, etc. as for all the other Imp. Healing focues effects.

Its called "North Wall Cubbies" or just "cubbies" on Vazaelle. I have been there and I have gotten this item. The focus effect is good but i like the shoulder item that i got from MPG better for straight stats.

Just because you were the first there, do you really think you are entitled to name that camp? Do you really think that your stupid camp name is going to stick? When you consider that famous (or infamous) camps like CYL & CYR in Karnor's or the KPC in Sol B are standardized serverwide, I hardly think that your fan-boy "Satan (badword)" is really going to last longer than a sitcom from a former member of Seinfeld (other than Jerry Seinfeld of course). No, the name will come evolve over time and relate to either its location, the named mob, or the resulting loot. Keep the Satan garbage out of EQ--last time I checked, Satan was not part of the the Norrath pantheon.

On Vazaelle, they are also known as LCY and RCY. Please forgive me, it has been years since i have been there.

Was LCY and RCY on Rodcet nife as well. Of course very few today would even know that, as KC is usually only populated by a couple soloists, epic questers and PLers these days.

I play on Xegony and there isnt a name for it...people just go look but hey you know something...if someone wanted to name something Satans' whatever Hell we would prolly go along with it...wtf is your problem dude...The only thing I can think of is you dont have a Real Life which is why your so crappy about it...Get a life dude...its a GAME reguardless if we are all hooked or not :)

Girplan Mastercrafter, floating blobby mob (think Ghostbusters blob crossed with the trader dude in Star Wars Ep. 1) in Wall of Slaughter.
Must be rare drop from him, other times we got Plate Gauntlets (Iron Gauntlets of Ruin), a no-drop seemingly quest related item (bloodsoaked Dragorn standard), and some boots which I can't recall the name of.
