This drops virtually every time from the Adjutant, so assuming he's not been killed in the last 8 hours (and who hangs around in Kithicor forest these days killing DEs?) it's pretty easy to get.

Coercer does drop ishva, and has a chance of dropping kedge. We took her once for one of our rogues epics and she had ishva AND kedge(was wearing kedge).

Using wife's account. Omagosh is ma name = ). Anyhow, I was wondering the practical matter at hand. When does this bad boy proc (seeing as it dropped off a lvl 58 mob)? Doesn't proc at 30 (to be sure, tis my current lvl). Any info would rock ). And, btw, the sword is not all that rare of a drop. It may be rare to be seen because of the lvl it takes to kill the lvl mob to get it (I hope to be using better at lvl 50+). Appreciate the info if you have it.
Chances are, it procs at 37/38 (forget which) like the normal Short Sword of the Ykesha, or if not, it's probably 40 like the Ykeshan War Club.

I am responding to the know-it-all who feels he has to be insulting when sending a correction about a quest. Furthermore, his correction is not even accurate.
The Coecier, who is part of the General's spawn set, can indeed drop an ishva robe. One of the others can drop a robe of the kedge. These were and still are dropped in splitpaw and Kedge respectively, but they were added to this set to help relieve bottlenecking.
So, if you are doing the quest, there is a chance you can get some of your items here. To the person posting about "your smoking crack," I would suggest you take the time to learn something about the game (i.e. like play it and comment on quests you have DONE a few times) and then you won't look like such a dumbass.

/snarl at the warrior i see with this as my druid.
Com' on scimitar, I think druids should be able to use this. I know my druid would like this. Plus i know another druid who thinks she is a tank. I would so like to see her use this.

What level are you? At the level it takes to get this, druids should be using something mainhand that will give them wis, mana, or some stat, not a weapon like this.
Just because it's a scimitar doesn't mean druid. Oh look, a weapon, 1hs, stats: 10dmg, 17delay. Oh look, it's a scimitar, oh, give it to the druid. All scimitars go to druids. It doesn't work that way. I made that weapon up, but the fact remains, just because it's a scimitar doesn't mean druid weapon (druid weapon sounds funny to me). It would be just the same as calling every dagger a rogue weapon. It doesn't work that way.

Wrong. Any dagger should be usable by a Rogue. It may not be a good choice for him BUT dagger is his specialty and all daggers should be useable. Same with druid. If its called scimitar it should be usable. Sure may not make much sense for a druid to have this at level 40 BUT it’s a scimitar... and therefore should be druid usable.
Hey, I've got a great idea! eg. "I'm on a Kith raid for the Rogue epic and the scmitar drops, Woot I'm a dr00d and all scimitars are...doh can't use! Man! And i was gonna ditch my epic for it too =(" Cmon, Really. Get a Wis item you silly druids, you're not tanks =P

When the ragebringer quest was brought on-line they included a housefull of very high level dark elevs. 1 of which was yellow to a lev 58 warrior. They can be very tough pulls and have wierd spawn times that are dependant on killing the rather weak dark elf day spawns. The guy who drops this sword is lev 55 or higher blood red to me at 52 and quad attacks very fast for what seemed 189 max hit. I think he was the Adjutant, anyway a dark elf in full steel plate. On another note we killed one of the female DE night spawns as well. She complete healed 4 times dropped an ishva robe and is so high I could not even hit her.. I may have scored 15 hits the whole fight.
Anyway I got this weapon during adjutant fight because I was the last warrior standing. Tis a fine weapon that matches the delay of my trident exactly. I switched my Amy tendril to it in the off hand.
