Draconic Spirit Embers in Arcstone drop these as well. Is there a new quest/tradeskil at a higher level which uses these now?? They do not appear to be vendor trash as they have the "Used in Tradeskills" tag on them

Found my own answer the burnt out version is for Human cultural. Regular lightstones appear to be for vendors.

this item will work as a light source in your invintory as long as it is not inside a container this works realy well for low lvl humans and frees up your secondary slot to hold a sheild or weapon ps grater light stone will do the same thing

keep your eyes open in east commons lots of people peave these on corpses
