I can confirm that this still works. Tried it our with Scoriae Bite and Bite of the Shissar. Made a 10 dose and 5 dose of each one. It was meant to work only with the Planes of Power poisons.
There's a list of multi-dose poisons on EQ Traders.

I think they nerfed this. it no longer makes 5 and 10 pack potions
