My groups was at the Priest/Crusader camp the other night on the Live Side of Lower Guk when all of the sudden this Ghoul Wizard showed up. I pulled him and we killed him, and he dropped this. The one I have says that it can be equipped in Primary and Secondary melee slots. Oh well.
