Dunno if this drops or not, but necklace recipe is still valid if you have one from 13 years ago like I did. Learned it a few weeks back, combine is trivial at 182.
he droped the earing : / and DOES NOT hit for 1200s... but he does hit fast if my memory is right he hits for like 340ish least thats what he hit a rogue with 890 ac for

As a 65 mage I'm always looking for new solo grounds.
I used level 4 spell sense summoned and I get this guys pet on target but when trying to charm it I can the "Only works on summoned creatures" msg.
Through the grapevine I understand this guy hits for 1200's and is un-slow/snareable.
Somethimes wanders as close to the zone line as the trash near natimbi and has yet to see invis, I've encountered this guy maybe 3 times. Drops a key for the breakdown quest.
