Charming will yield the warmly faction needed for turn in, but unlike some quests this will not give you the reward, she will take the head and will not have it on her when she dies either. Was going to petition, then realized the DoN bracer I was 10 crystals from was better :)
After you get the Head, talk to Vasha Firaji, in NE corner of zone behind priest building.
Give her Head and she gives you no stat, no drop Bracelet and says to talk to Proteri Amari, he is also the quest giver for destroying Ixvet Pox, he is located in a building between Riwwi and priest building.
Give bracelet to him and he gives back

Get warmly or better faction. then give it so vansa (spelling) in the back corner of the zone behind the apprentice (she will ask you for when hailed). She will give you a no stats bracer. She tells you to take it to Potmia (spelling) in the same zone. He is in the building by the Riwwi zoneline. he gives you back a bracer with nice stats (8ac 85hp/mana plus a lot more)

How do you raise your faction with Vasha Firaji to do the turn in? I am still indifferent to her but not sure what I need to kill to get faction up.
Additionally the Taelosian Morphemic Staff made me go from warmly to ally. Not sure what it will do from indifferent.
Nihil faction, kill mobs in barindu/ferubi+ zones

Anyone have any idea what this head is for or how to do the quest. The post on the other section is pretty vague.
