Since the patch that changed item stats this augment now displays Regeneration +5 and Damage Shield +5 as its effects. See Lucy:

This is no great change of course, as it is equivalent to the old effect.

Back when we were doing Vt and Ep progression, knowing I would one day have Dumals legs, I wanted these legs too. I was ready to spend a good chunk of dkp on leggings of fiery might/star just for the effect. So cool, this is an aug, with the plus side, its worn and doesnt take a buff slot. Down side, it takes up a slot where you can put a hp aug, instead of buff slot. Guess you can never win, hehe
