I saw one of these drop during an Ikkinz Raid as well, but don't recall which mob it was from.

Actually i think it does increase the damage of weapon procs, i believe that the combat skills means harm touch and those types of things, leechcurse, etc, innates, aa abilities or cast buff procs...

Do focus effects such as this one (Anger of Druzzil) increase DD procs on wpns. Like if i where to be wearing this mask and using Staff of Four Winds

I fought some hours in KT for xp last week and one dropped from a trash mob ... Some of us passed as they had alrdy some Time stuff at this slot and we were 3 rolling for it ... and DAMN, the rogue won it !!! the mage rolling for it and myself (SK) felt really bad seeing such a mask with mana regen and a caster/hybrid focus effect ! ... since this nite, I hate rogues forever ... and this #%$@&#£ only got an upgrade of less 30hp with this ... I know I can seem selfish but I really think that a rogue getting this for 20-30hp more only is for sure more than me ! ... I realy think that NBG should be more used sometimes =/

It also isn't very rare as about 4 of them dropped in one day to one group in KT.
I have killed in this zone a lot and I have never seen one of these so I would say pretty rare you just got really lucky.
Please update, this item is NOT a raid event item. It drops off yard trash in Kod'Taz.

Yxtta is a zone connected to Kod`Taz. Once you have Kod`Taz access, you can go to Yxtta.
To enter Kod`Taz you must pass a few instanced trial events in Barindu. There are four sewer trials, Tipt, and Vxed. Those six events must be done by a single group only. You can bypass the sewers by doing the Smith Rondo event in Ferubi with a raid.
