This effect works on mezzes as well, so it's wonderful for enchanters. I have an aug with this affect from MM.

The stats on this aren't all that impressive...you can probably buy something better in your local bazaar. But the Extended Torment IV is very nice. one more tick on a dot is always nice to have, and two more ticks to our Embracing Darkness means 12 more seconds of snare and maybe the difference between having to refresh Darkness on a mob when soloing or not...saving mana. With Burning Affliction IV, Critical Affliction 3 AA, and this, that's a nice chunk of added damage/mana.

I got this a few nights ago in hanging gardens. Cant remember tne mobs name, but I know he coneed red to a lvl 65. This items is better for a Necro, but none were around so i got it. Sweet grahpic too, looks likea curved sharpened stick, with a purple and blue particle effect. I love my new sparkler !
