No one has posted on this item in a while, but whatever. Was actually sad when I got it to find out my necro now looked like a druid :(. But the lore on it swayed me enough to consider it "necro" enough to wear :P. Item Lore: Soaked With the Blood of Innocents. Yea. That's dark enough :).

On another note.. been soloing this for a bit and still no drop.. can anyone confirm or is this just one of those ha you have sux luck things?

In the month that I camped Riwwi, I spent approx 3-4 hrs a day there every single day and only saw 2 drops along with the +15 regen breast plate. It does drop, just need major patience. Good luck to you, it is a very nice piece of equipment.
Had This drop on 1/23/05 from noc darklurch. Had 65 bard, 55 cler and my self(63 Wiz). Bard kited while me and cler nuked. Suprised to see tunic drop but very happy:) Was in the collisuem
Some friends and I were hunting in Riwwi last night helping me get the Baleful Blood Soaked Cuirass when this item dropped off of a noc darklurch, I was very surprised and the necro in our group was one happy camper, grats Evildreamz :)

This is a random drop off any mob in Riwwi, NOT just A converted laborer.
i had this item drop thismorning 4/21/04 in Riwwi off a nok Darklurch near the Qinimi zoneline... on a sad note it was right before the mistress spawned and owned me =/

The graphic for the surcoat on a human female enchanter is like a leather tunic. This item dropped for my partner <65 Beastlord> and my alt <63 Enchanter> last night. We duoed here for about 5 hours pulling to the Ferubi ZL. It dropped off of one of the Marturq. Some of these guys have a disc that they use to lower the damage they take, when they get down to about 8% life. I have heard that H2H and 1HB does less damage when they use the disc than a piercing weapon, but beastlord didn't have any piercing weapons on him to check this out for sure. Chanter just nuked them til they dropped.

Dropped off a converted laborer for me while I was on my way to the arena area, nice little item to play with.. It has a nice effect, and I plan to replace my ornate boots with LDoN gear now that I can keep the effect.. I bagged my ornate robe and lost 11 STA, 5 mana, and 1 INT, but small price to pay for keeping the effect, and being able to upgrade to LDoN boots..

This is still a multiple creater drop. I had one drop off a Noc ********* 2/26. The bestiary for this zone is rather incomplete atm. There are problably twice as many trash mobs then are currently listed.

This does have a good effect but by 65 you would probably have the effect or better on another item. I would be very happy to have worn this from 55 to say 62.
People like you are a joke. Saying that just because someone is 65 they should have a level IV focus effect is ludicrous. And as for YOU having this item from 55 to 62? LOL not unless you're gonna park a twink here.

The difference between a 20 and 60 AC item ends up being 60AC once its equipped (I believe)

This is a sizable loss but for someone without Spell Haste IV could very well be worth it. If you keep good tanks around you, you wont need high AC, and you can use the spell haste to keep them up more effectively. Besides, not everyone has access to a 60AC BP at lvl 55.

Umm, its not cleric only. 20ac is pretty nice for druids and robe casters.

Only CH and percentage heals are excluded just like for most effects. This effect does help with instant heals that are not CH's. For example the druid spell Nature's Infusion. 3.8 second cast on that heal and spell haste 4 will affect it.

This looks more like a Raid item... is it?
I was seeing links to some very very nice items last night that people were saying dropped from "normal" mobs. I hope this is one of them.
