Drops off random guard-model mobs in all LDoNs over lvl 55 or so, named and unnamed. Does not sell to vendors unfortunately.

the gypsie camp in Oasis has a good number of these and other sand covered weapons fairly cheap. Seems like a good offhand weapon for weaker, dual-wield classes, ie my wood elf ranger
