see, I dont know of a single mob that drops these.... I have never seen it dropped... the heal is -
Ranger level 22
Paladin level 15
Druid level 9
Shaman level 9
Cleric level 5
Beastlord level 22
1: Increase Hitpoints by 26 (L5) to 33 (L18)
The item says its usable at lvl 1. Thats a self heal for you. like the old nintendo slash and hack games, fight the bad guy, and use the potion... etc. I mean from levels 1-10 (before you lose xp for death) these would be awesome. Bind wound to 50% and then use. or use in battle.
And yea, they are WAY expensive off a vendor. I mean concidering by the time your ready to buy them. I wish SOE would make them a realistic price.

i can confirm that these do drop off of the Muglewump in the Warrens. I just got done killing him and he dropped one of these, only has one charge though =(

I dont remember if this is the specific potion i saw, but i know that there is a vendor in thurgadin or whatever that city those velious dwarves live at. but as an enchanter with 199 cha and amiable faction it was 21pp per potion. Any questions?

Brownie Merchant in Lfay sells these potions of light healing. Located in the NW corner of zone at loc p1768, p3091. I was KOS there so had to invis past the guards and sneak to purchase. One time I had to root the guards when invis wore off then sneak. ;)
