Effect gives 12 ATT when worn. No need to right click.
I wear these on my Paladin Froggy atm, and according to Magelo here is what they look like:

Meh, both are accurate.
The post you replied to, he probably figured +12 ATK since that's what he got when he equiped them; the other stats likely added another +2 to his attack.
Firefist, as its maximum level, would give +10 ATK, being what you see on Magelo.
A little while back before you posted, Sony went through and changed out many of the Worn effects to more upfront statistics. Flowing Thought became mana regen, those Fungi's everyone loves so much became +15 HP Regen instead of Fungal Regrowth, etc. This is just another one of those changes, where they're showing the +10 ATK as opposed to the effect name.
While its nice since it eliminates questions about the actual effects of an effect, it does kill some of the lore behind the game. I mean, hey, if you have gloves from a fire deity, you want them to give you fiery fists, right?

I am a 46th season warrior and need some serious armor help,was wondering if this set of gear is very hard to get or can a group go in and clean up on this stuff without to much lose of life

They all drop off a triggered Dragon, who's PH is Very rare, and also Very contestated (sp?) It's not something you camp to get the armor.

Heh I just got a pair of these and I can't figure out how to make it proc :) It doesn't work if I right click them, I am hoping I don't have to hand to hand to make it work... does anyone know?

First off, druids can't use it.
If you were using it on a different class (one that's listed), then did you have it in a bag, in a primary inventory slot, or equipped?

The effects on the Blazing armor are pretty amazing, especially if you're one of us warriors :)
