"It's a named alien in the 2nd chamber of the ice caves. I think he also drops Netherbian Scale Vambraces. He dropped the bag for me once, Ima bout to go kill him again for fun and see if he drops the vambs."

Funny thing is, it DOES drop in Umbral.

Do people just submit stuff like this as a way to show off what they go, bnt they don't want anyone else to get it so they dont give any useful info about acquiring it. As a ranger I'd love to know where some tradable 22 AC arms can be found, but no, that was clearly too much trouble for the person that submitted this. /sigh

The Ranger Glades forum states this drops from "Fleshrot" no clue if the information is correct tho
I entered this particular item into the database. I believe the item submitter said they had purchased it in the Bazaar and had no additional information about it. We enter what information is submitted, supplementing it with our own in-game knowledge.
I've updated it to show The Umbral Plains as the drop zone based on SSJGhol's comment.
