Lost Dungeons of Norrath
Slot 5 seems to be damage of some sort, but I have only seen 1 item that is qualified for this position other than items that fit into all slots. It gave 2 fire damage and would go into weapons with a delay over 16. Any other slot 5 items would be appreciated if someone could link them in a reply.
