The type slot 1 are single stat. ( res, stat, minor hp, minor mana bonus )

Type 2 are multi stats. And stat >+5.

Type 3 are effect ( see invis, regen, FT ) lesser effect. ( no accumen no regen 2 or 3 and FT2 or 3 ) Edit : Untrue you can have better effect. all are type 3.

Type 4 are proc.

Type 5 are the dmg increase. i.e. : +2 dmg.
Type 6 are dmg increase too... the difference between 5 and 6 are maybe the lvl... but not sur...

Type 7 and 8 sounds like drop only... and 65...

I donno not enough information on Type 5 6 7 8 for determinate the item you can put in. but sounds like a more powerfull type on augmentation based on same classification that the lesser...

Type 8 are Time drop...
