Remember guys, the zone it's said to drop in is Takish-Hiz, not the Ruins of Takish-Hiz. In order to obtain this item more easily for your Paladin 2.0, I suggest you grab an LDON from the NRO camp and head into Takish-Hiz, where the golems are encountered a tad more often and also drop this item frequently. On one fast run of this LDON, I obtained 2 for my Paladin Epic. Good luck and good hunting all!

My group foraged a flower and got one drop off a guardian of sand in a LDON mission. Took less then an hour to go though, get two flowers and finish the mission. Had a group of 5 toons, all lvl 75, and it was overkill for the zone.

It says here you can forage this. Does anyone know which zones you can forage this in and is there a level requirement? Thanks.
You can forage it in any Takish-hiz LDoN zone. The only level requirement is you have to be high enough level to get into an LDoN (lvl 15 with avg group level of 20).
Obviously, a higher level char, with higher foraging skill would forage more.

this item is also used in the brewing recipe Double Dry Double Brewed Stout ~ triv unknown to me ~ but at the prices you can get for it in the bazaar i will drink mead instead :)
Seems they people would be payin a higher price for the increased movement,not for the alcohol.
