Yes, these are now usable by Berserkers.
We got this on the way to SoL, not too great considering the zone level

doesnt drop only off any specific named and all the named look different to everyone and different also every time you see them. the way the zone is revamed now random named spawn all over the zone. this item is a random drop off any of these named. they messed up the traps tho they reset on a timer not when the mob that the trap spawns is killed.. so a big middle finger to all you druids and rangers running around the zone invis triggerring all the traps stacking mobs 20 deep in the same exact spot just to see if you can solo a named for your uber lewtz.
Thats a bug. Mobs arent supposed to stack 20 deep. I reported it on my server and had the GM respond. expect them to fix that soon

This item has a new look with the recent patch. On my bst it has a black plate with chain at the fingers look. Very nicely detailed.

mob was no harder than non named, near the second courtyard from scarlet zone in. blue to a 59
