A summary of factions I have seen in Kaladim. Some of these seem weird.
Stormguard (Warriors) N Kaladim, S Kaladim, BB Mountains.
Miners Guild 249 (Dwarf Paladins) S Kaladim
Miners Guild 628 (Dwarf Rogues) N Kaladim
Clerics of Underfoot (Dwarf Clerics) S Kaladim
Kazon Stormhammer (Ruler in Kaladim)S Kaladim N Kaladim
Merchants of Kaladim (Merchant) N Kaladim, S Kaladim, BB Mountains.
Byzar Bloodforge is a blood thirsty NPC warriors guild in N Kaladim. Bring him the head of Trumpy Irontoe from Qeynos and sometime found at a bar in Kaladim for faction with Kazon Stormhammer, Merchants of Kaladim, Miners guild 249 and Stormguard. Also he will accept four Runneye Warbeads for same factions.
You Rouges, take your Runnyeye Warbeads to Diggins in N Kaladim for faction with the DeepPockets and Miners Guild.
Nultal Malfoot, Underfoot Hall, S Kaladim wants 4 skunk glands and gives coin along with faction with Miners and Clerics guilds and Kazon
Jeet in N Kaladim wants four rat pelts and give some minor coin along with faction with miners and DeepPockets ( who da heck are these? dunno..)
Bumle Reminjar, in Underfoot Hall, S. Kaladim wants four Aviak Chick talons. Faction with Kazon, the Miners, and the Clerics.
Gunlok Jure, Paladins Guild, S Kaladim wants four bone chips and gives some coin and factions
with Miners, Clerics and Kazon

but what if you don't have good enough faction with Priestess what's her face then what do you do?? how do you get faction with the Temple of life?

This was the hardest part in collecting the ro quest. Killer Sharks are on both the left and right sides of where I saw the Plague Shark all 3 times to get 2 rotten shark meats. Killer sharks picked off a 42 ranger, a 46 Wizzie, and myself a 42 Paladin at different times while hunting.
The most common place to find the shark is south of the dock, but he moves very fast and seems to jump around in the zone. A tracker is a must and you need endurring breath. In the time I was there who I brought was the only ones in the zone. So bring everyone you need.

Ok I have a problem. I finally got the mold for these things so I went to get the dirt of the underfoot. I can't find fary dust so I assume I need to turn in pixie dust. Anyway, The cleric won't even talk to me because I'm a half elf. I was told to turn in bones to the Pal 4 at a time. I do this, but I don't get any message that it is doing anything other than a thank you, no increase in faction. Am I totally screwed? I'm guessing that the dirt is also a no drop item, which means I can't make any of the RO armor. HELP!!

I just completed the Helm of ro quest when I started to get the soil of underfoot from the priestess she wouldnt talk to me about the quest.
I got a newby cleric going to see if I could find out how to get faction up with her (I was lazy and didnt want to back out of the game what with the new patch system and all )
She told the little Cleric to talk to Gunlock... I hopped back in as my Human Pallie lev 30 and started to lay waste to all teh skells I could find I was apprehensive when I started and he still gave the quest it took about 8 or 9 full stacks to go from apprehensive to Amiable. She gave up the soil and voila I had a helm. I am now working ont he vambraces greaves and boots.

The best way to increase faction with the Storm guard (Kaladim paladins) is by killing Krag chicks. I know they are small and cute, but just think of them as a Big Chicken Dinner.

The Storm Gaurd is the dwarf warrior guild, not the paladin guild. The faction you need is with Clerics of the Underfoot.
You need to turn in fairy dust, not pixie dust, the quest is correct. You will find fairy dust with fairy maidens, hard to find at Greater Faydark.
But there is a Fairy Camp in Lesser Faydark, at the western end of the zone. Make sure to pull only one maiden that is far away from the camp, otherwise fairy warriors and casters will jump on you. Oh yes, and there is this clockwork guard. He automatically comes to assist when a maiden is attacked, but he does not aggro the other fairies.
I used this strategy when I was alone: Kill a maiden that is far away from camp (the ones at the hill next to the camp). Prepare to kill the clockwork (sometimes he has a gnome quest item on him). When you finished him, you should continue killing the maidens on the outside. When I remember right, you get one dust out of five kills.
To check whether your faction is high enough: Talk to Priestess Ghalea and ask her about soil of underfoot. When your faction is high enough, she tells you what to do. If not, she tells you that you are not worthy yet or something like that.

Kill the Dwarven Bandits in the ButcherBlock Mountains to improve your faction with the Miners Guild 249 (which is the Paladin guild for Dwarves). Once your faction is up with the Dwarven Paladins (Miners Guld 249) then start giving the bone chips (from any kind of skeleton) to Gunlok (something or other last name) in the Paladin Hall. This will then raise your faction with the Priests (Clerics) of Underfoot. Also, it is Fairy dust, not pixie dust. You must kill the fairy maidens and such which are in Greater Faydark and Lesser Faydark - it is safer in Greater Faydark but you see less of them. Good Luck.

wrong! miners guld 249 is for rogues! clerics of undertoe are paladin and cleric dwarf faction. the only way i know of helping you out to raise faction is get tons of CB belts hand them in to the guy in the warrior guild then hand in ton and tons of bone chips to the guy in the pally guild, and make sure you give them to the right paladin.

Miners Guild 249 is indeed the Paladins guild in Kaladim. The rougues guild is Miners Guild 628.
Bone chips are a fantastic way to raise faction with the fair guild, and also, at levels 6-9 you can gain enough experence from turing in bone chips alone to make entire levels. Watch your weight and inventory though. You recieve an item and some coin with every 4 chips. I did this with a 10 slot pack full of chips, and was unable to move afterwards.

Well, one would think that, however...at higher levels...Pallies with higher WIS will save lives...yet Pallies with higher str won't do much extra damage...so WIS is a definate plus.

is it just me or would this set of armor be better for clerics than pallies?(the cleric ones really lack wis)

So it's not enough that the Paladin armor quests are three times as hard as the Cleric armor quests: you think Clerics should be able to wear both Cleric quest armor and Pally quest armor. Bah.
