Man, it's really crazy the way items drop in this game. You say you've can't seem to get the arms, and I got them off the first kly I've ever killed. Anyway here's where I got them. I jumped down in the pool room from the first floor. There's was a large group camping both lumpies, so I decided to head towards the TP and do some exploring. I ended up in the room where the kly imprecator spawns on the second floor. He wasn't up a kly acolyte was, it attacked me so obviously I killed. Right there off first kly I ever killed looted the Crescent Arm Wraps. Needless to say I was quite pleased :)

Anyone have any specifics on possibly which Kly Acolytes may have these? I have noticed that the Follower that spawns in the Crusader room (3rd floor) often has gloves and that the Cohorts from the Chapel area (also 3rd floor) seem to have more Gi's than the others. There may be no geographic correlation but, if anyone has picked these up or seen them, do you remember where on the 3rd floor it was? Maybe I can narrow my search and increase my chances. I have killed quite a few Acolytes but nothing yet. I now have everything else. Just need arms...
As far as I know, any kly acolyte on the second or third floor has a chance of dropping these. But if you want a known quanity, well I got mine off a kly acolyte in the river area on the 3rd floor, about halfway between the crusader's room and the hallway that leads to the exit.

You posted too long ago for anyone to care, but the camp for Just the arms could be in vain, as iv seen every piece (lost rolls on most) drop but them...
For all i know the DAMN azure sleeve camp could be easier, i use them and i have no intention of using these.. 12ac for 0.6wt... just can't beat that.
