Can this be mq'd ? i had staff ofelemental mastery: earth and the mage turned in early so now i have this and he is out of luck unless it can be mq'd

The Element of Earth can be obtained by giving Tiblner Milnik (Firiona Vie)4 items: 1. Staff of Earth from Magi P'Tasa in the Plane of Hate 2. Dirt of Unserfoot from Slixin Klex in Burning Woods 3. Shovel of Ponz from a small subquest given by Vira in Temple of Solusek Ro 4. Broom of Trilon also quest by Vira in Temple of Solusek Ro. With all 4 items you will receive the Element of Earth. Mage Epic piece.
