I just wanted to confirm for anyone looking that this item does indeed now drop off the sarnak revenants in the sarnak fort in LoIO... Worried the heck out of me while I was doing it cause they still drop the note that says they dont have the foot and I thought I might be wasting my time, but trust me you stay there long enuff and youll have it. It must be hella uncommon tho cause I killed hundreds of sarnaks and dozens of revenants in particular before I got the foot. Altho it wasn't so bad cause my legion faction is now maxed lol.

Got this to drop today off Sarnak Revenant ... after killing ALOT of them. They seem to be fairly random uncommon spawns in the sarnak fort in Lake of Ill Omen. Their common drop is the stem so just keep on killing them until the foot drops (rare). They also drop a note that talks about loosing the foot to an iksar in a dark robe. Which is probably refering to the old part of the quest where you get the foot from an iksar in Cabilis after killing the Halfling Swashbuckler (who I've heard no longer spawns in Firona Vie , camped him for a day or 2 and he never spawned).
While you are at it you might as well kill the Gem Oracle too for the Gem of Yet to Come which is needed for #7 necro cap.
Hope this helps some ... it sucks killing Sarnaks OVER AND OVER AND OVER, but persistance is the key.
