Ok, total stats wearing the full suit of Shin Initiate Armor and using the Sword are:
-Armguards: AC 5, DEX 1, STA 2, Wt. 3.0 -Boots: AC 4, DEX 1, STA 2, Wt. 4.0 -Bracer: AC 4, DEX 1, STA 2, Wt. 2.0 -Breastplate: AC 12, STR 2, STA 4, WIS 5, Wt. 5.0 -Gauntlets: AC 5, DEX 1, STA 3, Wt. 4.0 -Greaves: AC 6, STA 2, WIS 2, Wt. 3.5 -Helm: AC 5, DEX 1, STA 2, Wt. 4.0 -Blade of Shin Initiate: 8/29 Ratio: 3.625 1HS, Wt. 1.5
-That totals to: AC 42, 5 DEX, 18 STA, 2 STR, WIS 5, and 27.0 Wt. An extra 4 AC, DEX 1, STA 2, 4.0 Wt. for a second bracer. Not bad for a starting frog!

The Blade of the Shin Initiate is a decent sword for the lvl at which you get it, but it's 1hs. Since pallys usually use 2hs, you think "great! that means i can equip a shield in my off hand!". You do so and move on to the soulstone quest. And guess what? SOULSTONES GO IN SECONDARY. IMO, the ideal situation would be if Blade of the Shin Initiate was 2hs OR soulstone went in Charm slot, which kind of makes sense considering charms were added at the same time as frogloks. /rant off
Like most new frogs, my little pally has had some help getting some decent gear. So I don't care at all about the stats of the sword. I will do the quest for two reasons: roleplaying the faithful Froglok Palidin Initiate, and becasue I like doing quests. I'll proudly flourish my new sword a few times, maybe take a screen shot, then bank it and go back to my Zraxthril Forged Flamberge or Luggald Trident (which really looks cool on a frog).
he spawns at the tower by south ro zone, if you follow wall you will eventually see it, or you can just hit backspace, it appears as a tiny circle on the map. He is about lv 12 and is a sk, doesn't cast much besides ht.
I found him hanging out with the undead frogloks in the little keep where the skellys used to spawn back before LoY. Was a tough fight for a twinked out level 9 frog pally. I was lucky and most of the undead frogs had just been killed when our target spawned and killed the group hunting them. He did not seem to be a roamer. But to be honest the sword is rather useless compared to the work put in trying to find and kill this guy. Hope this helps.
Lemme be the first to ask: Where does this guy spawn?? I am more than willing to trade his head for a sword. I'mm sure he'll agree when at last I meet him.
