I think that the drop rate of these have been reduced quite a bit. Been here for about 30 hours now killed maybe close to 1,000 of these undead now and have had 1 ring drop off a sodden crewman.
Had a raid of 16 running through Nadox by the undead mobs. Had a total of 4 Coral Rings drop in about 2-3 hours while entering, camping, and leaving the pier area. Seemed to be a pretty common drop.

While camping the Undead weaponsmith room in Nadox dualboxing with my 65DRU/65BST i got 3 rings to drop in about 10 hours being there.

If you are camping this ring your best shot is off of Sodden Crewmen. After killing about 40 Soaked Crewmen no drop but dropped after my fifth Sodden.

These are either going to be nerfed or worth 100pp in the near future.

Drops mostly off water torn, 3:1 compared to all others, over several weeks of recent farming by an acquaintance of mine.

I saw someone taking offer for this ring in nexus. Playing 2 chars, I was in the bazaar with the other and checked /bazaar for it. Someone was selling it for 2k. I made an offer of 1700pp to the nexus guy and he found me crazy saying that it's value is around 10k. Seeing that, I jumped on the bazaar one ;-)

Also drops off sodden crewman - appears to be random drop off any of the dead pirate mobs.
Rare drop for me - got 1 after killing about 60 to 100 of these mobs.
Not too hard to kill them if you have a charmed exhausted boar (needs 60 charm spell but could get other boars with 53 one) )and can solo pull (lev 63) most of the first cave on the left after bridge.

That is correct, it is a rare random drop off any of the undead mobs ... we have gotten 9 of these rings to date and it was off a variety of undead mobs.
Update: Up to 17 ring drops to date that I have been present for. :)

We picked up 4 of these rings on the way to Hate's Fury last night, off of various undead mobs in the caves and on the docks (caves more so than the docks, I seem to recall).
This is such a sweet ring for any priest class. There's only one flaw to this ring, it's lore.
This ring dropped for us off of First Mate Bresanev, who insta-spawned after we killed 'a water torn crewman' and 'a war torn crewman' near the docks to Hate's Fury. He also dropped Waterlogged Britches (nice pre-Skyshrine monk leggings) the two times I have encountered him. He appears to spawn (rarely) from the "a _____ torn crewman" mobs.

Me and 3 other druids from my guild went exploring a couple days ago. We cleared the shrine and made our way to the bridge. This dropped from a mob outside the caves. Mob was an unnamed waterlogged crewman I believe. I was a very happy druid when I rolled that 87 to win the roll.

Great info, any idea on the level of those mobs you were fighting?
The undead are kinda in low 50s in level, maybe 51-54 or so.

This droped for my shaman while in a 3 person group the day loy came out. it droped from just a normal, non named mob that when the lava zone in is to your back, the left side of the river, far left tunnel when river is behind you. Hope that helps some, don't remember the exact details. great shaman ring.
