what are bards but rangers that sing, and cant shoot bows well

Couldn't possibly hurt to atleast have one in your inventory for medding periods. Sure would speed things up for us Pallys.

I would love to know what drops this, as a bard FT items are hard to come by.

Got this for one of our bards today off Overlord Ngrub
Bards are only FT items for everyone else...KEI, beastcrack and bard mana songs do absolutely NOTHING to regenerate bard mana. Furthermore, Bard meditation skill is maxed at ONE. It takes forever to regain mana for a bard without FT items or Mental Clarity AA points.

Yup, bard claims this will increase his mana regeneration by about 50%. Since it used to take him about 45 minutes to get to fm after a rez, this is a great return on the investment - particularly since he dies alot.
I have FT6 only ( +5 from ring off seru and a solstice earing ) and ill tell you what .. i can charm kite ALL day now no problem and stay FM i can even use desperate dirge more than twice every 2 hours lol ,,, FT items should be cleric and bard CAWU items no doubt..
