Picked this off a mob in Con says it'a Required Lvl 45 AND You need to carry cat's eye agate with you couse it consumes it when it procures the damage. so you will need lots of them in a fight!

I'm in Skyshine foraging eggs when I get a tell from someone wanting a TP out. I say "np, i'm at the bank". They show up and say they don't have anything to donate, but they'ed check the bank sense we where right there. Note, I have not asked for a donation of any kind. He pops an axe in trade window and off we go to nexus where he quickly logs. You guessed it. It was one of these. My jaw about hit the keyboard when I viewed it. my level 13 rogue alt. can do 4 damage with it. hehe

When the Blackhand Lieut has it he dual wields and procs like CRAZY. Seems to drop this about 1 to 5, usually drops hate candle.
Not proc'ing at 45, but procs for a friend at 47. So, it's either 46 or 47.
Unfortunately, it rarely even attempts to proc for me and effect didn't last long for my friend, so back on the block it goes....

I had it proc for my lvl 45 rogue many times today.
Anyone know when this weapon procs?
I'm at level 44, with 136 DEX, and this has yet to even attempt to proc. Quite odd and a lot less useful than it might have been for that reason. If anyone has this proc, please post your level so we can get a bottom cut-off.

This now has a Recommended Level of 40. Does anyone know when this procs? I know it is not before lvl 31.

no no, i wont go there by saying this would be a great (insert class here) item, but speaking as a ranger, a *secondary* tank. it works out well because it basically never wore off. I'd get the occasional hit by the mob, it would proc again, cut half my damage down. basically i think as a secondary melee item it aint too bad , cause in the long run it will save your healer some mana.

Since I don't think I saw anybody say it yet, I will..Nice weapon, proc seems to be fairly decent too. Anybody know when it starts to proc? Thanks in advance..
Has not started to proc for my 41 ranger anyway. Still looking for more information on it.

I've owned three black acylia weapons and this procs alot more than they ever did for me and ya same dex i still have one i've used recently.

If you were to get the weapon off the mob yourself instead of buying it from the bazaar, it would require having ykesha.

do you need the spell component to trigger effect?

It's a combat proc, so it won't require a regeant.
